Answer to the Riddle

The sum of the sides of the shapes added in any direction equals 18 (see image on the right). If any shape is changed, moved or altered, the whole will not function perfectly.

Each department in Physical Facilities is a number. "What e'er thou art." Each number needs to do their part as that number. If they try to be something different, it does not work. "Act well thy part."
