Vehicle rental scheduling

Use of rental vehicles is for University business only. FTC regulations do not allow use of rental fleet for private, Stake, or Ward use. Gas is included in rental fee. For extended trips a master card will be issued. All vans and trucks 10,000 lbs GVRW and over require driver training. Training courses are offered through Risk Management. If you are scheduling for TODAY please call ext 2-5544, all other reservations must be submitted online with the advance scheduling form. When using the Advance Schedule form link you must be in Explorer, Netscape email link will not work.
